Influential Women To Watch In Buhari’s Govt
The forthcoming Gen. Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government will, like the current administration, parade many women believed to be influential, FISAYO FALODI writes
The outgoing administration of President Goodluck Jonathan boasts of an array of influential women, who command much respect even among their male counterparts. Apart from the President’s wife, Dame Patience Jonathan, who pundit say is always interested in official matters and those who get elective and appointive positions, it is believed that the influence of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, made Jonathan’s administration popular.
The two ministers currently head sensitive ministries in Jonathan’s government.
Likewise, the inauguration of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari as Nigeria’s new President on May 29 will throw up another set of influential women. Some of the women were believed to have invested their energy in the March 28 pre-election campaigns in which the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate won.
The women, parading what may be described as robust credentials, braved all odds to

The Most Googled Products In Every Country Of The World
In popular culture, certain countries are
stereotypically associated with certain products — beer in Germany,
carpets in Turkey, electronics in Japan. But those things aren't what people are really searching for. Earlier
this month, the cost-estimating website Fixr.com put together a map of
the world with the most-Googled for object in each country, using the
autocomplete formula of "How much does * cost in [x country].
"While
the results are far from scientific — since Google autocomplete results
vary based on the searcher's history, the time of search, and the place
of search — they do say at least a little bit about how countries are
perceived.
Some of the fascinating (and troubling) results:
• People want to know how much a MIG aircraft costs in Russia
• People want to know how much a prostitute costs in Brazil
• People want to know how much rhinoplasty costs in South Korea
• In our own Nigeria Wedding topics were googled the most.

1. Dont be late in getting to camp!! Infact, be early so your registration can be stress free.
2. Avoid Camp Food. YES!! Camp food is made by a bunch of unprofessional cooks who just throw the miserly food ingredients given to them to make that crap called food. Its not the faults of these women but the government/NYSC officials. The best foods are made on Sundays..
3. Respect yourself and dont break the rules.
4. DONT BE AFRAID OF ANYBODY IN CAMP!! YES! The soldiers cant beat you. Neither the Civil Defense & Police. They can only drill you, but if you are tired, just squat on the floor and tell them you are tired. SIMPLE! 5. MAmmy Market is your friend.. If you are an Ajebutter like me who is very particular about where

Delta State And Its Home-Grown Billionaires
Nigerians from every nook and cranny have found Lagos an irresistible land of dreams. It is the nation’s number one destination for commerce, manufacturing, finance, and the media, and even the movie industry, which is clearly evident in the pace and pulse of the city’s activities. Apart from being Nigeria’s commercial nerve centre and its major port city, Lagos is Nigeria’s former capital city, which was responsible for the attraction of the largest percent of federal presence and attention. Living in Lagos is exciting and opportunities and possibilities for the ambitious are almost limitless – sometimes elusively so. The city also enjoys the presence of the administrative and operational head offices of the multi-national oil companies operating in the Niger Delta Region, a system which started during the Nigerian Civil War, because, according to erudite scholar, Prof. G.G. Darah, ‘the military government ordered them to relocate their administrative and operational head offices from the Niger Delta to Lagos, then Federal Capital. In compliance, Shell, Gulf Oil (now Chevron), Mobil and others moved their head offices to Lagos. This movement also shifted most businesses associated with the petroleum industry from the Niger Delta.
Governor Amosun Of Ogun Stoned By TASUED Students
The Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun while on a campaign visit to Tai Solarin University Of Education, Ijebu-ode on Thursday, 29th January was attacked by some angry students of the State-owned university who appeared not to have forgiven him over his numerous attempts to initially scrap the institution. On his arrival to the institution, TASUED students on campus who became aware of his presence immediately trooped out in large numbers. Initially, it appeared to the Governor and his campaign team the students had gathered to cheer them. There was a wind of change when some students hurriedly brought out sachets water (pure water) and in a jiffy, it became a chorused act as other furious students joined in stoning Governor Ibikunle Amosun with various objects they could lay their hands on.
The Governor became ruffled before he was able to run to safety and quickly drove off with his convoy.

Death And Living Forever
Today I had the pleasure of speaking with some Christian evangelists...the man among them was quite sharp as he always had some kind of rebuttal.
We discussed God's purpose for mankind, his intentions for creation and intentions for the future of mankind
Now how do one know the intentions of a God, who can't show himself but hides outside existence
But this isn't even the point
The man said Humans were structured to live forever and not die but sin brought death.
Now if we are to believe this tale of Adam and Eve, taking the eating of the fruit as cause for death to humanity, tripping us of immortality...what do we say about animals? Did they sin too? Did they all eat an abominable food? Did the first Cow eat grass on a forbidden area?
Did the first star also sin? Like many of you should know...stars die too
Look at Nature, everything dies so others can live off it's materials
In secondary school, I learnt that the Earth and all those living gain a whole lot from the biomass of dead people, so if people didn't die but only kept procreating like rabbits and chicken, at a point there won't be enough energy to sustain us all and we would all die out eventually
